Dr. Colgazier is the Senior Minister of Los Angeles’ oldest Protestant church, First Congregational Church. During his ministry he has served a number of well known and influential communities of faith, including University Christian Church in Fort Worth, TX, and The Riverside Church, New York City. He is an author and noted Biblical scholar, whose ministry emphasis has focused on social justice and human rights. He is a graduate of Lipscomb College and holds both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Christian Theological Seminary.
